Refund Policy

Velosify CRM is a monthly subscription service. This page explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work.

1. Monthly billing

Your card is charged $49 USD per month via Stripe immediately on signup, and on the same date each month thereafter. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You will receive a Stripe receipt after every successful charge at the email on your account.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing inside the app, or directly through the Stripe Customer Portal link we email with each receipt. Cancellation takes effect immediately. You retain access until the end of the current billing period — no further charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Refunds

Because the Service is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time, we do not issue prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

Exceptions where we do issue refunds:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges — if you were charged twice for the same period, we refund the duplicate.
  • Service unavailable for an extended period — if a service incident caused by Velosify makes the Service unusable for more than 48 consecutive hours in a billing cycle, you may request a prorated credit or refund for that period.
  • Where required by law — including statutory cooling-off rights in your jurisdiction (e.g. for EU/UK consumers).

To request a refund, email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge with your account email, the charge date, and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

4. Failed payments and reactivation

If a renewal payment fails, we retry automatically. After repeated failures your subscription will be marked past-due and access may be suspended. You can restore access at any time by updating your card in the Billing portal.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your card issuer rather than contacting us first, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We will always try to resolve billing concerns directly — please email us before filing a chargeback.

6. Changes to pricing

Price changes apply only to renewals. We give at least 30 days' notice by email before any change takes effect, so you can review and cancel before being charged the new rate if you choose.
