Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 3, 2026This Cookie Policy explains how Velosify AI, Inc. ("Velosify," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our marketing website at velosify.ai and inside our customer relationship management application at crm.velosify.ai (the "CRM").
〉 What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences, understand how you interact with the site, and improve your experience. Cookies can be "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (remain until they expire or you delete them). This policy also covers similar technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage, which the CRM uses to remember UI preferences locally in your browser.
〉 Cookies We Use
| Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Required for the website and CRM to function. Includes login session cookies (so you stay logged in to the CRM), CSRF protection, and Stripe fraud-detection cookies set during checkout. Disabling these will prevent you from logging in or completing payments. | Session and up to 1 year |
| Analytics | Help us understand how visitors interact with the marketing site by collecting anonymous usage data (pages visited, time on site, referral source). | Up to 2 years |
| Functional | Remember your preferences (e.g. column widths, sidebar state, last-used Lead Generator tier inside the CRM, or form pre-fill data on the marketing site) to provide a more personalized experience. The CRM uses browser localStorage for most of these. | Up to 1 year |
| Marketing | Used on the marketing site only (velosify.ai) to deliver relevant advertisements and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across platforms. We do not run marketing or advertising cookies inside the CRM. | Up to 2 years |
〉 Third-Party Cookies
The following third-party services set their own cookies on velosify.ai or on the CRM. Each has its own privacy and cookie policy, which we encourage you to review:
- Stripe (used inside the CRM): payment processing and fraud detection. Stripe sets cookies such as
__stripe_midand__stripe_sidwhen our pages load Stripe.js or when you complete a payment. See Stripe's cookie policy. - Google Analytics (marketing site only): website traffic analysis and usage patterns. See Google's privacy policy.
- Meta Pixel (marketing site only): measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. See Meta's cookie policy.
- Calendly (marketing site only): embedded scheduling functionality. See Calendly's cookie policy.
- Cloudflare (both): DNS, content delivery, and bot protection. Cloudflare may set security-related cookies such as
__cf_bm. See Cloudflare's cookie policy.
〉 Managing Cookies
You can control and manage cookies in several ways:
- Browser settings: Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings menu. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging into the CRM or completing payments.
- localStorage: The CRM stores UI preferences in your browser's localStorage rather than in cookies. You can clear it through your browser's site-data settings (e.g. Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Site settings → View permissions and data stored across sites).
- Opt-out tools: You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Ad preferences: Visit Your Ad Choices or Your Online Choices to manage advertising cookie preferences.
〉 Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Our website currently does not respond to DNT signals, but we respect your right to manage cookies through the methods described above.
〉 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legislation, or our business practices. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest changes were made.
